Quality Inspector III

Job Title: InspectorThe Inspector ensures that materials and finished products meet strict quality requirements. In this role, you will inspect mechanical and material characteristics, verify documentation, and support continuous improvement throughout the production process. Your work directly contributes to Agile's mission of delivering reliable propulsion systems for critical space missions.Key Responsibilities:Inspect incoming materials, in process work, and final products using calibrated metrology tools and gaugesRecord inspection results with accuracy and clarityRead and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and related documentationIssue nonconformances for parts that fail to meet print or specification requirementsSupport cross functional teams in problem solving and root cause analysisReview End Item Data Packs and First Article Inspection (FAI) documentationCollaborate with engineering to develop and update inspection instructions and SOPsEnsure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100 and other applicable quality standardsAdapt to scheduling needs to support manufacturing operationsRequirements:High school diploma or GED3+ years of relevant inspection or manufacturing experienceStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAble to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environmentSkilled at managing multiple priorities with limited supervisionStrong organizational and time management capabilitiesProficient in computer use; familiarity with Microsoft OfficeComfortable with evolving processes, new technology, and continuous improvementWhat You'll Love About Us:Agile Space Industries offers exceptional benefits to support you and your family including generous health coverage, dental and vision plans, Flexible Time Off, parental leave, and a 401(k) with 100% company match up to 4%.
