Apply today!/ph3General Summary/h3pUnder supervision and following established policies and department procedures operate various fund transfers and communication computer systems as described in Essential Functions./ph3Essential Functions/h3ulliOperate Payplus wire application and process funds transfers (incoming and outgoing)./liliOperate SWIFT system and process various types of SWIFT messages./liliInput outgoing wires on Payplus and SWIFT applications with the highest degree of accuracy./liliAssist with wire investigations./liliRepair online banking wires./liliTrack wires received from Branches or Departments, research disputes./liliDistribute Incoming SWIFT messages to internal departments./liliEnsure accurate maintenance of daily production logs./liliAssist with filing./liliProcess various wire requests in PEGA automation system./liliRecord statistics for assigned job functions./liliEnsure SWIFT MT950s MT942 statements are sent daily./liliPerform End-of-Day balancing./liliInput wire on Fedline Advantage, as needed./liliWork variable hours which may be adjusted to accommodate workflow./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliEducation: High School graduate. Some college preferred./liliExperience: Previous banking experience in wire transfer processing environment preferred./liliSkills/Ability: PC proficient, type minimum 50 wpm, and ten-key by touch. Good math skills. Detail oriented with high emphasis on accuracy. Ability to communicate effectively with Bank team members as well as Correspondent Bank employees./li/ulh3Other Details/h3p$25.10 - $26.83 / hour Pay determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
