Retail Back Office Specialist

In this position, you will work closely with our Market Director to support the daily operations of our 6 locations in the Reno/Sparks/Carson City areas. This role requires the need of an energetic and friendly person as all of our employees interact with customer to some degree, even though this position doesn't perform sales.

Job Responsibilities :

• Pick up, count, deliver, & deposit money at the bank. (Background check may be required)
• Inventory Receiving & Transferring in the POS system.
• Fill out and submit various reports to our corporate office.
• Email reports on behalf of the Market Director.
• Speak to vendors regarding billing and payments.
• Other administrative tasks as needed.

Education :

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)

Work Experience :

• 6 months of administrative employment preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

• Proficiency in the English language.
• Basic Math & Counting Skills.
• Proficient with computers and Excel.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to drive personal vehicle. (Fuel reimbursed)

Licenses and Certifications :

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week
