Financial Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will oversee the firms accounting function, with responsibility for financial close, reporting, controls, and accounting systems. Reporting to the Controller, this role will help establish an efficient in-house accounting operation, build scalable processes, and improve the use of technology and automation as the business grows. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end close and reporting cycle, ensuring accurate and timely financials under U.S. GAAP. Oversee general ledger activity, reconciliations, journal entries, and intercompany accounting. Enhance internal controls, support SOX compliance, and coordinate audit requirements. Own and optimize the ERP environment, including system integrations, reporting, and data flows. Partner with FP&A and leadership on budgeting, financial analysis, and business reporting. Drive automation and leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline accounting processes and accelerate the close. Lead, develop, and provide technical guidance to accounting staff while partnering across the broader Finance organization. Advise management on accounting matters and communicate financial results and key performance indicators.
