Hope Network is seeking a Lead Direct Support Professional for our West Lake location. In this role, you will guide and support a team of direct support professionals while providing hands-on, person-centered care to adults with disabilities or disadvantages. You will coordinate daily activities, community outings, and skill-building opportunities, ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. As a culture leader, you model compassion, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance, while mentoring staff and collaborating with families and clinical teams to help each individual achieve greater independence.
