Manufacturing Engineer 2Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer 2, who will support the Production Organization based in San Diego, CA.Basic Qualifications Manufacturing Engineer 2:BS in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related STEM Technical field with a minimum of 2 years industry experience.Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawingsExperience in computer assisted design software (SolidWorks/CATIA)Experience drafting, maintaining, and modifying work instructions and/or process specificationsExperience with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)Experience in Electro-Mechanical manufacturing processes.SAP (MRP) and Solumina or equivalent shop floor system experienceUS CitizenshipAbility of obtain and maintain US Secret ClearancePreferred Qualifications Manufacturing Engineer 2Experience with IPC, J-STD, and MIL-STD requirements.Experience in dispositioning non-conformancesExperience with continuous improvement, Six Sigma and Lean methodologies in a manufacturing environment.Hands on experience in programing, sustaining, and troubleshooting Electronics Manufacturing Equipment (Reflow Oven, Pick and Place, Ribbon Bonding, and Airvac/Selective Solder)What We Can Offer You Northrop Grumman provides a comprehensive benefits package and a work environment that encourages your growth and supports the mutual success of our people and our company. Primary Level Salary Range: $83,400.00 - $125,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
