Dizario Search is conducting a search for a Manufacturing Engineer near Tupelo, MS for a well established manufacturing organization. This is a highly visible role that will be responsible for process optimization and improving the efficiency to increase production.

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Implement processes to reduce scrap and improve production efficiency
\n
• Analyze current manufacturing processes and create improvements
\n
• Support process optimization initiatives
\n
• Apply data and problem-solving skills to improve product and process performance
\n
• Train and support team members on improved processes and best practices
\n

\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Technology, or 3–5 years of related manufacturing experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
\n
• Background as a Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer in manufacturing
\n
• Lean/Six Sigma certification, preferred
\n
• Demonstrated success with scrap reduction initiatives
\n
• Experience optimizing production efficiency
\n
