Registered Nurse, Part-Time, Weekends

We are looking to hire a part‑time RN to work every Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and fill in as needed when our regular nurse is not available during the week. The role includes overseeing medications, vitals, and withdrawal scales (CIWAS / COWS) and training the staff. This position involves administrative duties and extensive use of software systems. Specific work days depend on the needs of the facility. Prior experience working at an SUD inpatient facility is preferred but not required. Must be able to manage medications, enter vital signs correctly, and oversee other staff. Job Duties Oversee medication pass and train staff on medication pass, vitals, and CIWAS. Daily nursing visits and documentation with all clients. Work with the medical director to ensure all doctor’s orders are followed correctly. Work with the pharmacy to ensure all medications arrive to the facility. Coordinate lab work, medication inventory, refill management, and medication pass. Provide administrative, managerial, and computer work. Create protocols, instruction sheets, and train staff. Assist with intakes, discharges, client transportation, walks, laundry, bed turnover, group facilitation, and other duties as required. Compensation $50 per hour, paid weekly. Skills / Qualifications High-energy person. Goal-oriented and motivated to hit targets. Coachable attitude and willingness to learn. Must be able to tie shoelaces.
