Safety coordinator 

Job Title: Safety Coordinator
Location: Taylor, TX
Pay Rate: $27–$32 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (1.5-hour break)
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented  Safety Coordinator to oversee and enforce workplace safety standards in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all workers on site and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and lead daily  Toolbox Meetings (TBM)
• Coordinate and facilitate  Pre-Task Planning (PTP)meetings
• Lead Tool Meetings prior to daily operations
• Prepare and maintain daily safety reports
• Monitor job sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions
• Ensure all employees follow safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Assist with incident investigations and documentation
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• OSHA 30 certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a safety role
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial settings preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to maintain accurate safety documentation
• Responsible for the safety and compliance of all workers on site
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a drug screening
