This includes:Cleaning and maintaining all equipment as assignedAssisting in necessary painting and general repairs to plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general mechanical areasAssisting in remodeling and renovation workReporting major repairs or damage to school property promptly to the Building Head Custodian, Principal or Director of Buildings and GroundsPerforming emergency repair or cleaning services as necessaryAssisting in emergency evacuation situationsLocking of doors and windows of assigned building(s)Cleaning corridors during the day when conditions require itParticipates in the general maintenance of the school grounds.
