About Tooth Fairy Mobile Dental Service

Tooth Fairy Mobile Dental Service & Mobile Health Solutions provides on-site dental care directly to seniors in assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, retirement communities, and private residences throughout Florida.

We are growing and looking for a high-performing sales professional who knows how to convert opportunities into results.

The Role

This is not a traditional scheduling position.

This is a patient acquisition and revenue-growth role focused on converting new patient leads, reactivating existing patients, and increasing referrals from our established healthcare partners.

You will speak with prospective patients, families, caregivers, executive directors, and facility contacts—building relationships, overcoming objections, following up consistently, and turning opportunities into scheduled patients.

What You’ll Own

• Convert inbound leads into scheduled new patients
• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective patients, families, and facility partners
• Reactivate patients not seen in 12+ months
• Generate referrals from existing assisted living and skilled nursing partners
• Build relationships with administrators and wellness directors
• Follow up consistently until each opportunity has a clear outcome
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline tracking
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Collaborate with Operations and Clinical teams to maximize provider schedules

Your Scoreboard

Success is measured by:

• New patients scheduled
• Lead-to-patient conversion rate
• Outbound call activity
• Reactivated patients
• Referral volume
• Follow-up completion
• Revenue generated

• Have a proven ability to close over the phone
• Are confident with both inbound and outbound sales
• Know how to overcome objections and create urgency
• Are disciplined with follow-up and CRM documentation
• Are motivated by KPIs, goals, and performance incentives
• Take ownership of your numbers and results
• Can communicate professionally and compassionately with seniors, families, and healthcare professionals
• Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of inside sales, healthcare sales, dental sales, senior services, insurance sales, call-center sales, or similar closing experience
• Proven success in a KPI-driven or commission-based role
• Experience meeting conversion, appointment, revenue, or call-volume goals
• Strong phone and written communication skills
• CRM experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but proven sales ability is more important.
