We are currently seeking to hire an Automotive General Manager to run our operations! You will be responsible for overseeing all Sales and Wholesale vehicle activities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all the vehicle sales activities
• Initiate and oversee the entire wholesale vehicle acquisition process
• Develop, acquire, and utilize all tools necessary, including digital, to drive business
• Analyze metrics and results to identify areas of improvement
• Develop and execute innovative sales and vehicle acquisition strategies

Qualifications:

• Five years preferred in vehicle sales.
• Knowledge and experience with wholesale vehicle acquisitions preferred
• Organized, self-motivated and directed, and eager to earn and grow the business independently
• Familiarity with CRM and DMS platforms
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients

As owner of this company, I have over 30 years experience in automotive finance, sales, and vehicle acquisition and customer service. I am looking for someone to take over the company owned vehicle lot and run it as their own operation, independently and with a self-directed and self-starter approach and mindset.
