SUNSHINE SCHOOLS IS HIRING: CENTER DIRECTOR

Sunshine Schools in New Bern is looking for an experienced Center Director who combines strong leadership with genuine care for children and staff.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Lead and develop a high-performing team

Oversee daily operations and enrollment

Ensure licensing compliance

Build a positive, accountable culture

Manage budgets and staffing ratios

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor's in ECE or equivalent

3+ years of leadership in childcare

Knowledge of licensing regulations

Excellent communication skills

Coachable mindset
