Customer Service Representative

Oversee all order processing from new account set up to creation of order, through shipping to updating clients as to order status. Monitor daily orders to proactively address shipping delays, pricing discrepancies, and backorder issues. Assist customers with Return Authorization (RA) requests and ensure smooth resolution. Resolve customer concerns promptly by delivering positive, solution-oriented support. Maintain accurate records by ensuring all order paperwork and supporting documents are properly scanned and stored within the ERP system (FDM4). Identify and develop sales opportunities with brands, screen printers, retailers, and both new and existing customers. Represent Cotton Heritage at industry trade shows and events. Ability to lift and move product/materials as needed. What Success Looks Like New customer development and customer retention are increasing. Reduction in customer complaints and product returns. System accuracy is excellent and continually improving. Sales and services processes are continually becoming more efficient.
