Technical Project Manager

Job Title: Technical Project Manager Minimum qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. Ability to work on-site at cleared facilities in the Washington DC region on a hybrid basis at a minimum. U.S. DoD Secret Clearance or higher. Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams. Experience managing projects involving ServiceNow ITSM and/or ITBM applications. Experience in designing and implementing business applications. Experience in building and enhancing applications through the entire lifecycle (analyze, design, build, test, implement and support). Demonstrated proficiency in customer engagement where you have taken customer business requirements and decomposed them into workable technical requirements. Preferred qualifications Ability to manage ambiguity and a rapidly changing landscape. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Working knowledge of SDLC concepts and ability to apply that knowledge daily. Agile experience highly preferred. Plus if you have a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification. Responsibilities Lead project teams by defining requirements and developing user stories to drive the solution design of systems initiatives in partnership with the Product Team, customers, and external technology partners. Function as an application subject matter expert for the DTech Apps Suite of applications. Engage with customers in both a structured and unstructured manner to understand their business problems and communicate cross-functionally across both customer and internal teams. Define, design, and drive business solutions. Manage the story backlog for multiple projects to ensure successful delivery of software configurations.
