Every class is designed to push all fitness levels, deliver the burn you'll brag about, and finish with intentional recovery so your body stays ready for the next challenge. In this role, you will lead with presence, coach with purpose, and create an environment that keeps members coming back. Roles and Responsibilities Cue and coach pre-designed, programmed workouts with energy and precision Deliver high-quality instruction across both cardio and strength training formats Provide form cues, progressions, and encouragement for all fitness levels Create a welcoming, motivating, and high-energy class environment Represent the brand with professionalism and purpose Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing coaching development sessions Qualifications Must be a certified personal trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) Strong understanding of exercise technique, programming, and injury prevention Ability to lead and motivate groups in a high-energy environment Passion for fitness, community, and delivering an exceptional member experience This is more than just coaching classes.
