Finance Associate - Global Ops (CA)

Job Title: Chartered Accountant with exposure to international finance Experience: 2 to 5 Years Department: Finance & Accounts Reporting To: CFO Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting skills, a solid understanding of Indian accounting standards, and hands-on experience in Tally, GST, TDS, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally or ERP system. Prepare journal entries, ledger reconciliation, and trial balance. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.). Handle TDS deduction, return filing, and reconciliation. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. Assist in preparing MIS reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements. Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits. Ensure compliance with all accounting and taxation regulations. Manage petty cash and employee expense reimbursements. Key Requirements: International finance exposure preferred. 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience. Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software. Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation laws. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
