As an LPN Medication Nurse, you provide licensed nursing support through safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation. What You'll Do: Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration; document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time; monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief; report refusals or adverse reactions promptly; conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs); transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates; observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes; maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards. You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.What We're Looking For: Active LPN license in good standing; CPR and First Aid certification; strong assessment and documentation skills; experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.LPN Medication Nurse – Deliver Safe, Accurate Care That Protects Resident HealthPay Range: 31.90 - 42.60Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
