We're looking for an experienced Shop Supervisor to lead our team of diesel and preventative maintenance technicians at our NorthWestern Albion location.As the Shop Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of our fleet. Your responsibilities will include:Leadership & Team Development: Inspire and lead a dedicated team of maintenance technicians, providing coaching, mentorship, and support to help them excel.Scheduling & Oversight: Manage technicians' work schedules and ensure all maintenance and repair activities are completed efficiently and on time.Inventory Management: Oversee parts and tire inventory control, ensuring we have everything needed for seamless operations.Organization & Record Keeping: Maintain an organized shop environment and accurate records to support our operational excellence.We believe that the maintenance of our school buses is vital to the safety of our drivers and the children they serve.
