CGP: ACCOUNT MANAGER/FULL-CHARGE BOOKKEEPER

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Account Manager/Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $65,000 to $75,000 per year.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts by handling daily financial transactions, including payables, deposits, and account activity.
- Process invoices, code expenses, and review credit card transactions for accuracy.
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies in client accounts.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, including year end documentation and tax related support.
- Communicate regularly with clients to address questions, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in a high volume environment.
- Proficiency with accounting systems and tools such as QuickBooks and financial management platforms.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including debit and credit concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with clients and internal teams.
- Positive and professional demeanor with a reliable and self motivated work style.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced setting with strong multitasking abilities.
