Regional Maintenance DirectorFive Star Breaktime Solutions is a premier provider of away-from-home convenience services, committed to delivering innovative breaktime solutions that enhance customer experiences.What Five Star Has To OfferPaid vacation, paid holidays, and paid sick days.401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans (individual and family coverage).Voluntary FSA, life insurance, and short/long-term disability options.Opportunity to support our 501(c)3 charity, Feeding the Future, Inc., which provides over 500,000 meals annually to children in need.Opportunities for advancement.Key ResponsibilitiesProvides leadership and direction for all maintenance and service operations across the assigned region, driving consistency in service standards, customer satisfaction, and overall operational performance.Manages and develops maintenance teams, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.Oversees preventative maintenance programs and ensures timely repair and service of vending, micro market, and related equipment to maximize uptime and meet customer expectations.Monitors and controls maintenance expenses, parts inventory, and fleet/equipment costs, and maintains oversight of tools and company assets to ensure proper use and condition.Establishes and enforces safety standards, company policies, and regulatory compliance across all locations.Analyzes service metrics to implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce downtime, and partners with operations and sales leadership to support new business installations and growth initiatives.Required QualificationsAssociates degree and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Valid driver's license and a good driving record.Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.Must be able to travel frequently with frequent overnight stays.Preferred QualificationsEPA HVAC certification, CMRT certification, CMRP certification, and/or electrical technician certification preferred.Equal opportunity employer as to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
