License

• Active Oregon RN License - Required

Certifications

• BLS - Required
• Chemotherapy Certification (ONS/ONCC) - Required
• BSN - Preferred
• OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) - Preferred
• TCTCN - Preferred

EMR
