We're looking for motivated individuals who want to develop professionally while supporting the missions of accredited 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.This is a fully onsite position based in our Raleigh office, so candidates must live in or around the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Triangle and be able to reliably commute to the office.The OpportunityAs a Fundraising Coordinator, you'll work alongside a team to represent nonprofit partners, connect with members of the community, and help increase awareness and support for important causes.You'll gain hands-on experience in:Representing established nonprofit brands in face-to-face settingsEngaging and communicating with members of the communityEducating the public about nonprofit missions and initiativesSupporting donor acquisition and fundraising campaignsDeveloping communication, leadership, and professional skillsParticipating in hands-on training, coaching, and team developmentWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:Motivated by purpose and wants to make a positive impactConfident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with peopleCompetitive and goal-orientedCoachable and eager to develop new skillsA strong team player who enjoys a collaborative environmentProfessional, energetic, and committed to personal growthPrevious experience in nonprofit organizations or fundraising is a bonus, but not required.
