Outpatient Physical Therapist

This position focuses on pelvic and perinatal health within the outpatient setting. The schedule includes days primarily on Thursday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM, with variations as needed. The daily patient load consists of 11-13 scheduled patients, typically seeing 9-10 due to cancellations. Clinicians are expected to provide comprehensive assessments and develop personalized plans of care. Candidates should possess skills in various treatment modalities, including aquatic therapy, E-stim, and myofascial release. Experience with assistive devices and patient education is essential. The work environment includes access to a large amount of rehabilitation equipment, including an indoor pool. Strong communication skills and teamwork are critical for collaboration within an interdisciplinary support team. This role works with diverse patient demographics, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Strict adherence to safety and injury prevention protocols is required. Candidates should be prepared for mandatory drug screening upon arrival. A valid license must be submitted before starting.
