Job Description
- Develop and improve machining and assembly processes
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Mentor junior engineers
- Support capital projects and equipment selection
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- BS in Engineering required
- 5-10 years manufacturing engineering experience
- Aerospace or precision machining background preferred
- Knowledge of GD&T and process validation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
