$2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs ($1,250 part-time), plus shift differential. Elm Crest Senior Living, a skilled nursing community that earned a deficiency-free 2026 health survey, is hiring full- and part-time CNAs.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with daily activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Help carry out each resident's individualized care plan
• Take part in resident social activities and community events
• Support residents' overall health, dignity, and comfort
• Watch for changes in a resident's physical or emotional condition and report them to nursing staff

What You'll Need

Required:

• Active CNA certification (Iowa Nurse Aide Registry, or an active out-of-state CNA certification you can transfer to Iowa)
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Available for rotating weekends and some holidays

Preferred:

• Experience communicating with residents and families in a care setting

Schedule
