Role Overview:

The Trucking Dispatch Supervisor is  key to ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products to our retail locations. This role involves overseeing a team of drivers, guaranteeing that all deliveries are completed on schedule, and upholding high standards for documentation, vehicle cleanliness, and product packaging. The manager collaborates with other team leaders and may be required to drive as needed.

****Hours are 8PM Until 4 a.m.****

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of 4-12 drivers & Over night Cleaning Crew
• Maintain trucks with regular preventative maintenance and schedule necessary updates.
• Conduct audits to ensure accuracy in order packing, returns, and documentation.
• Address customer feedback regarding products, reporting issues to the shift supervisor.
• Ensure strict adherence to delivery schedules.
• Periodically evaluate driver performance through direct contact or visits to retail locations, providing feedback to the Shift Supervisor and CPL Manager.
• Ensure that trucks, racks, and baskets are clean, well-maintained, and meet sanitation standards.
• Implement and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (subject to a Vehicle Driving Record check).
• Basic math and reading skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Familiarity with delivery and routing systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in commercial vehicle driving.
