As our HVACR Lab Instructor, you’ll deliver hands‑on training, guide learners through diagnostics and repair, and collaborate on curriculum that reflects current industry standards.
Essential functions- Create inclusive, high‑energy classrooms that spark interest in HVACR careers.
- Demonstrate procedures for maintenance, troubleshooting, and system repairs using live equipment and trainers.
- Partner with the education team to refine courses and build new content aligned to emerging technologies.
- Mentor students through projects, nurturing problem‑solving and professional habits.
- Enforce and model safety protocols to maintain a secure learning environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years of practical HVACR experience (refrigeration, commercial, residential, mini‑splits, boilers, etc.).
- EPA 608/Universal strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, patience, and empathy for diverse learners.
- Hourly rate: $36 – $40 with opportunity for OT
- $5,000 Sign on Bonus
