Position Patient Dining Associate II – Team Lead Location City: Hampton, VA Work Shift First (Days). Monday - Friday: must be available to work a 12-hour shift between the hours of 5am - 7:30pm. Rotating weekends. Hours Monday - Friday: must be available to work a 12-hour shift between the hours of 5am - 7:30pm Rotating Weekends Responsibilities Responsible for coordinating patient meal service on all units of assigned teams, e.g. menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick up, special requests and needs, in-between meal food delivery. Ensure that all Patient Dining Associates are adequately trained and units are properly staffed to provide service. React accurately and effectively to all changes to ensure efficient timing of services, accuracy of physician's ordered modified diets. Education High School Grad or Equivalent. 1 year of food service experience required in lieu of High School Education.
