Molecular Biologist

What You’ll Do: Prepare various tissues for in vitro analysis and biomarker evaluation (RNA, qPCR, to start) Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Preclinical, toxicology, PK/PD modelling) to ensure the translation from discovery to development. Independently analyze, interpret, and communicate results to internal stakeholders and ensure accurate recordkeeping. What You’ll Need: Experience with ex-vivo assays is a plus such as cell culture (mammalian), ELISAs, WB, and histology techniques. Passion, knowledge and experience in neuroscience or rare disease research Strong analytic thinking skills. Demonstrated ability to articulate issues, and extract and synthesize complex issues into key focus. Strong inter-personal and communication skills. Proven record to collaborate and network across a wide variety of functions and work effectively with internal and external partners. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, meet deadlines, maintain detailed documentation, and prioritize work on multiple projects. Required Qualifications: BS or MS in biology or related disciplines with 2-5 years of relevant experience (academic or industry).
