Recruiter (BFSI)

Duration : 6 months FTE conversion possibility

Hourly Pay : $32-$39/hr based on experience

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time (based on candidate location)

Hybrid Requirement: 60% of working days required in office.

Parking Information:

• Charlotte: Parking varies from $10/day at surface lots to $180/month in covered garages.
• Tempe: $82/month
• Minneapolis: Parking is not included, but U.S. Bank offers a discount code for LaSalle Plaza Parking Garage. Rate is approximately $7.06/day including tax.

About the Role:

This role supports revenue-generating teams across branch locations, Investor Services (including Capital Markets, Global Fund Services, and Alternative Investments), Business Banking, Mortgage Loan Originators, and Merchant Payment Services (Elavon).

The Sourcing team is responsible for identifying and engaging passive talent for roles where qualified applicants are not readily available. This position partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on ideal candidate profiles. The role utilizes sourcing and outreach tools to generate candidate interest in joining.

Top Requirements:

1. Ability to source candidates from a variety of resources
2. Ability to actively track outreach and candidate progress
3. 3–5 years of experience sourcing passive candidates

Job Description:

• Responsible for supporting business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for positions
• Identifies candidates using a variety of sourcing methods and techniques while understanding the best channels to reach diverse talent pools
• Drives the recruiting process in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Demonstrates commitment to providing a diverse talent pool and a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates
