Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Director, BCBA to lead clinical operations and support high-quality ABA services for children and families across clinic, home, and community settings.

This leadership role combines clinical oversight, BCBA supervision, team development, caregiver collaboration, and clinic operations. The ideal candidate is an experienced BCBA who is ready to take on a leadership position while maintaining an appropriate clinical caseload.

You will work alongside BCBAs, RBTs, therapists, caregivers, and clinical leadership to ensure effective treatment planning, strong clinical standards, meaningful client progress, and a collaborative team environment.

Shift / Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | Daytime hours

Required:

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Current LBA credential in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a BCBA
• BACB supervisor status
• Experience managing clinical caseloads
• Experience supervising RBTs and/or junior BCBAs
• Strong communication, organization, planning, and time-management skills
• Demonstrated leadership and team-collaboration abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic clinical environment
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to work physically with children, including sitting, standing, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work with computers and tablets for extended periods

Preferred:

• Approximately 5 years of BCBA experience
• Approximately 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience leading or supporting clinic operations
• Experience with staff training, caregiver training, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an appropriate clinical caseload while overseeing clinic-level clinical and administrative responsibilities
• Provide clinical leadership and support to BCBAs, RBTs, and therapy staff
• Ensure BCBAs have the training, resources, tools, and support necessary to manage their caseloads effectively
• Supervise and support clinical staff in accordance with company standards and applicable BACB standards
• Review client progress data and support data-driven treatment decisions
• Analyze clinical data, modify treatment plans, and update client goals as appropriate
• Facilitate parent and caregiver training
• Address and resolve escalated parent and caregiver concerns according to established protocols
• Assist with developing and maintaining the clinic's master therapy schedule
• Support appropriate client placement and intake decisions based on established clinical-fit protocols
• Help ensure timely onboarding of new clients when clinical capacity is available
• Participate in the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians
• Attend and lead required clinical, operational, and team meetings
• Ensure client files, reports, presentations, and other required documentation are completed, maintained, and properly archived
• Promote high-quality clinical programming and consistent implementation of treatment plans
• Foster collaboration between clinical leadership, BCBAs, RBTs, therapists, and caregivers
• Support staff development, mentorship, and professional growth
• Identify operational or clinical needs and assist with implementing solutions
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, child-focused clinical environment
• Complete additional clinical, administrative, and organizational projects as assigned.
