Including but not limited to: Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishingsMaintaining relationships with contractors, vendor and suppliersEnsuring a safe and secure environment for all guests and associatesMaintaining appropriate inspections of the property as identified by the organization and brandEnsure the property meets brand guidelines and expectations for service and all standardsEnsuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulationsPerform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectivesEducation and ExperienceAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writingDemonstrated ability to lead a teamExcellent attention to detailFinancial savvyProficient in Microsoft Office productsAbility to working in a faced paced environment with the ability to multi-taskThe hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
