Job Title: Parts Manager We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Parts Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our parts department, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, and distribution. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demands without overstocking. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure the best possible pricing. Ensure all parts are stored in an organized manner and are easily accessible for quick retrieval. Collaborate with other departments, such as service and sales, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Train, mentor, and supervise parts department staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner. Monitor performance metrics, preparing and analyzing reports for internal review. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of inventory management and control processes. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Superior negotiation and relationship‑building skills. Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to parts management. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and reports. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
