Responsible for Centers maintenance and repairs in coordination with outside contractors and under the supervision of the Building Supervisor. Is responsible for assigned equipment and supplies. Is responsible for driving company vans/buses for transporting elderly dementia residents to and from appointments. Also responsible for driving vans/buses to ensure maintenance is up to date.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:No certification, or registrations are required.Must have valid Texas Driver's License minimum class C.Must have clean driving records for past three years.Minimum education is a high school diploma or equivalent.A minimum of 2 years experience in maintenance, preferably in a health care facility is required.Employee must have general knowledge of safety, SDS, infectious waste rules, and infection control.Employee must also be willing to learn basic maintenance and repairs within the Center and have the ability to recognize when to refer a more complex problem to appropriate resources. #J-18808-Ljbffr
