Insights and Analytics Manager (Tableau) - 100% Remote

This department is responsible for all of the generation, billing, and follow-up of claims for company's patients to their insurance providers. Their mission is to ensure that every claim gets on file timely and accurately. As an Analyst on this team, you will join a dynamic, growing team at the center of the revenue cycle, and help them continue to drive operations and strategy through data management, project management, a deep understanding of how challenging our revenue cycle can be, and an eye for the future in helping them continue to transform billing.

We are currently on the hunt for a seasoned Analytics Manager with a strong background in Tableau to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a significant impact in the revenue cycle operations of this organization.

As an Insights and Analytics Manager, you will be focused on insights/impact of work, strategy creation, conceptual thinking vs. report developing, automation, visualization.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Insights/impact of work, strategy creation, conceptual thinking
• Manage and monitor the dashboard conversion process to ensure accurate and efficient data representation.
• Design and develop innovative Tableau dashboard visualizations that provide clear and actionable insights.
• Partner with other analytics teams to create a cohesive data strategy across the organization.
• Collaborate with revenue operations to identify opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency.
• Lead a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Use SQL/EQL to query and manipulate data for analysis and reporting.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust data validation processes.
• Drive the adoption of data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on Tableau.
• Strong proficiency in SQL/EQL.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and monitoring the dashboard conversion process.
• Proven ability in designing impactful Tableau dashboard visualizations.
• Experience in partnering with other analytic teams and revenue operations.
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing successful teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
