Quick Facts • Location: 1448 South College Road, Lafayette, LA 70503 • Start Date: 08/03/2026 • End Date/Duration: Minimum Several Months • Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (In-person only) • Hours/Week: 40 • Employment Type: Full-time • License/Certs: Breast Imaging Fellowship required • Experience: Prior breast imaging experience preferred Pay & Benefits • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (please note this is a placeholder; actual pay package discussed upon application) • Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit • Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) • Robust referral bonus program • Paid sick time in accordance with state/federal laws • Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable What You’ll Do • Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms in outpatient settings • Conduct breast ultrasounds and stereotactic biopsies • Assist with ultrasound-guided biopsies • Manage Breast MRI and MRI biopsies procedures • Ensure accurate documentation and patient safety compliance • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members in outpatient breast imaging • Maintain full credentialing with necessary coverage (COI and LA PCF) • Uphold high standards for accuracy and quality in all procedures What You Need Required • Breast Imaging Fellowship completion • Current state medical license in Louisiana • Full COI and LA PCF coverage for credentialing • Clean background and malpractice history for temporary placements Preferred • Prior experience in outpatient breast imaging • Excellent communication skills and team orientation About the Assignment This position is with a reputable outpatient breast imaging facility in Lafayette, LA, performing a full range of screening and diagnostic breast procedures.
