Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver to provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you will help promote comfort, safety, dignity, and independence while assisting with daily living activities and companionship. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and committed to delivering respectful, person-centered care.

• Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting as directed.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and safe ambulation.
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding if needed, and support light housekeeping tasks.
• Remind clients to take medications as scheduled, when permitted by care plan and local regulations.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or needs to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow care plans, agency policies, safety guidelines, and infection control procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided, when required.
• Support a clean, organized, and comfortable home environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current home health aide or personal care aide certification, if required by state or employer.
• Previous experience in home care, personal care, senior care, or a related setting is preferred.
• Ability to provide compassionate, respectful care to individuals with varying needs.
• Strong communication, time management, and observation skills.
• Ability to follow directions, care plans, and documentation requirements.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client locations as needed.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, lifting, and assisting with transfers.
