Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance standards
• Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with Denny's brand standards, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Drive sales through local store marketing and community engagement
• Maintain a positive, team-focused work environment
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Oversee cash handling, reporting, and shift documentation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management or food service leadership experience (full-service preferred)
• Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills
• Ability to lead in a high-volume, guest-focused environment
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, P&L management, and inventory systems
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
