Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and departmental standards
• Operate GE and Philips MRI systems to produce diagnostic-quality images
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process, including screening for contraindications
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to support accurate and timely diagnostic results
• Maintain equipment readiness and adhere to all MRI safety guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• ARRT(MR) certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – Magnetic Resonance Imaging) required
• Candidates must not have worked in a permanent, per diem, or travel capacity at any affiliated Beth Israel system facility within the past 6 months
• Local candidates are not eligible for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Hands-on experience with GE MRI systems
• Hands-on experience with Philips MRI systems
• Prior experience in a hospital or acute care imaging environment
