Customer Service Manager

Job Description

The Customer Service Manager at The Mason Automotive Group plays a vital role in ensuring every client has a world-class experience. This energetic and detail-oriented individual will follow up with clients to confirm their satisfaction, maintain strong communication with past clients, and assist with overflow email and phone inquiries. The ideal candidate possesses high-level communication skills and the ability to read and interpret reports to help meet and retain General Motors qualifications, contributing to the continued success and reputation of our dealership.

Responsibilities

Follow up with clients to ensure outstanding customer experiences
Maintain consistent communication with past clients to foster strong relationships
Assist with overflow email and phone conversations promptly and professionally
Read, interpret, and assist in achieving General Motors qualifications
Obtain and help retain General Motors qualifications for the dealership
Provide exceptional customer service that reflects the values of The Mason Automotive Group

Requirements

Energetic with excellent attention to detail
High-level communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and analyze reports accurately
Experience in customer service or client relations preferred
Demonstrated ability to follow through and maintain client satisfaction
Commitment to continuously improving General Motors qualifications

Benefits
