Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant – Core HR
Key Skills:
- Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud Core HR implementation experience
- Workforce Structures, Enterprise Structures & Person Management
- Employment Lifecycle & Position Management
- Security Concepts & HR Configuration
- Functional Lead experience on full lifecycle implementations
- Requirements Gathering, Configuration, Data Conversion, Testing & Deployment
- Client Workshops, Documentation & Stakeholder Management
- Experience working on remote, multi-vendor projects
- US Public Sector Oracle Fusion HCM experience is highly preferred
✅ General Requirements
- 10+ years of Oracle HCM Functional Consulting experience
- Hands-on expertise in Core HR
- Minimum 2 End-to-End Oracle Fusion HCM Implementations
- Strong business process knowledge and solution design capabilities
- Experience conducting workshops, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, UAT & production support
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering remote Oracle Fusion implementations
- Prior US Public Sector experience (Government, State, County, City, Education, or Public Agencies) is highly preferred
