Dental Assistant*

Dental Assistants help doctors deliver primary health care and patient care management. They must be able to prioritize and adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner. Applicants should have strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They should also be able to multi-task, while being detail‑oriented at the same time. Responsibilities Assisting the dentist during examination and treatment Reassuring and comforting patients, especially children Counseling patients and parents on proper oral hygiene and plaque control Answering phones, scheduling appointments, performing insurance verifications Other front office/administrative tasks as needed Experience One year experience in a dental office preferred License/Certification California licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr JMA Human Resource Management
