Lacon Rehab & Nursing is hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced administrator who can drive results, lead teams, and maintain strong clinical and operational performance.
If you're a hands-on leader who takes ownership, improves outcomes, and holds teams accountable-we want to speak with you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all facility operations (clinical, financial, administrative)
- Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- Drive census growth, quality outcomes, and staff performance
- Build, mentor, and manage department leadership
- Maintain a strong culture focused on resident care and accountability
Requirements:
- Active LNHA license (required)
- Proven leadership experience in a SNF/long-term care setting (required)
- Strong track record with operations, surveys, and team management
Compensation:
- $100,000 - $110,000/year (based on experience & census)
- Up to $10,000 annual bonus (survey-based)
- Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO
