Following a significant multi-phase transformation and investment initiative, the Club is entering a new era focused on delivering an unparalleled member and guest experience while establishing its position among the nation’s most respected private club and hospitality destinations. Champions Retreat is much more than a golf club, possessing destination experiences through lodging, food and beverage venues, racquet sports and wellness, and world-class golf.Reporting to senior leadership of Arcis Golf, the General Manager serves as the de facto chief executive officer of the Club and is responsible for executing the strategic vision, operational excellence, financial performance, culture, and service philosophy of the organization. The GM needs to be an adaptive, experience-driven innovator that is a cross-functional catalyst of the overall member and guest experience – delivering through a diverse team across golf, hospitality, lodging, food and beverage, agronomy, facilities, membership, and administrative functions while fostering an environment of excellence, innovation, and genuine care.The successful candidate will be a visible, relationship-driven leader who understands the expectations of discerning members and guests and possesses a demonstrated track record leading luxury hospitality, resort, private club, or destination experiences at the highest level.
