Systems Administrator – Managed IT Services (MSP)

*Please note, this is an in-person role in Terre Haute, IN
We're looking for a Systems Administrator who enjoys tackling technical challenges, working with a variety of businesses, and making a real impact every day.

What You'll Do
- Support Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments
- Troubleshoot servers, networking, virtualization, and cloud services
- Administer backups and disaster recovery
- Configure firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and Teams
- Participate in client projects including migrations and upgrades
- Document systems and procedures
- Mentor junior technicians
- Deliver outstanding customer service
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Systems Administration experience
- MSP experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies
- Experience with virtualization and networking
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- PowerShell scripting

- ConnectWise or IT Glue experience
- Microsoft certifications
