Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care, Laconia, NH. This travel-to-temporary assignment begins 09/07/2026 and runs for 12 weeks. You will earn 36 guaranteed hours per week, with a weekly pay range of $830 to $906. Shifts are 12-hour day shifts (3x per week). Setting: skilled nursing facility providing long-term care. Local candidates only; onsite placement through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under licensed supervision
- Administer medications and monitor residents’ responses per care plans and physician orders
- Monitor vital signs, assess changes, document findings, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility, prioritizing safety and dignity
- Maintain accurate charting in the electronic health record and participate in care planning and rounds

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of New Hampshire
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts; 3x per week in a long-term care environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; attention to detail
- Ability to meet health and safety requirements and complete facility orientation as needed
