Key Responsibilities:

- Safely move and park vehicles within the dealership premises to ensure smooth operation of the service department.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service area, including the vehicle lot, service bays, and customer waiting areas.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance or repair needs to the service team.
- Assist with vehicle transportation for customer pickups, drop-offs, and dealership needs as required.
- Support service advisors and technicians by retrieving vehicles for service appointments and returning them to customers promptly.
- Ensure all vehicles are fueled and ready for customer delivery.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by interacting professionally with customers and addressing any queries or concerns.
- Uphold safety standards and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
