Positions Available in Northampton, MA Marketing & Task Management Coordinator Technical Product Analyst Technical Support Representative Marketing & Task Management Coordinator Responsibilities Create and manage online ads on multiple social media platforms. Monitor ad performance, collect data, and generate monthly and year‑end marketing reports. Organize and manage direct marketing efforts, including mailers and email campaigns. Generate and update marketing materials, such as landing pages, mailer cards, and trade show materials. Coordinate with the tech team to produce and publish videos and blogs to promote product features. Manage booking and other details for trade shows. Work with the IT team on SEO and website optimization. Coordinate with various teams for tasks related to product releases. Maintain product release milestones and progress. Update task lists upon completion of releases. Requirements Bachelor's Degree Excellent verbal and written communication skills This position requires you to work full time from our office in Northampton, MA Technical Product Analyst Responsibilities Provide product and licensing support to customers by diagnosing and resolving inquiries in a timely manner. Help QA and Development teams with product feature development and testing. Qualifications MS or PhD in Science Prior knowledge of Origin software is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills This position requires you to work full time from our office in Northampton, MA Technical Support Representative Responsibilities Process customers’ orders and deliver software licenses daily. Communicate client needs and demands to the company. Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service. Process orders, quotations, and sales documentation accurately and efficiently. Handle after‑sales support, including returns, exchanges, and feedback. Contribute to improving customer service and sales procedures, policies, and standards.
