In this role, you will develop and align sales plans, shape demand, and drive initiatives that deliver strong business results and an exceptional customer experience.Additional Information:Location: Houston, Texas Relocation Assistance is providedThis role is not open for sponsorshipThis role requires 5 days onsiteResponsibilities: Collects and analyzes data from multiple sources to ensure accurate product & model information for commercial order processing.Communicates complex concepts clearly across all organizational levelsDevelops and standardizes global Demand Planning processes, including maturity models, frameworks, and metrics to support demand coverage to business plans and factory slottingAligns business and demand plans using predictive methods, ERP systems (e.g., eIBP) and forecasting tools to define priorities and implementation scope to analyze demand patterns, seasonality, and capacity constraints to support the businessRespond effectively to shifting production challenges and evolving customer priorities while maintaining high service levels for internal stakeholdersDeliver clear, actionable updates and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to ensure alignment in the sales and operations processPartners with stakeholders to support demand fulfillment recommendations and ensure alignment across Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Business ResourcesLeads and guides teams, communicating priorities and driving sales and operations process execution through analysis and recommendations.Present monthly updates to senior leadership, highlighting demand trends, budget status, and key performance metricsServe as the primary contact for industry demand inquiries, providing clear and timely updates on lead times, schedules, and order changesMonitor demand performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions or solutions to maintain operational excellenceRequirements Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience or DegreeWhat Will You Have:Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.Negotiating: Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.Summary Pay Range:$128,470.00 - $192,710.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
